Flowkeeping

Flowkeeping doesn't publish ideas. It pressure-tests them until it's forced to print the ones that refuse to die. Then reality decides which ones deserve to endure.

The method, in four stages

1. Excavate. A candidate principle is never brainstormed. It earns consideration only after it keeps showing up on its own, across different projects and different kinds of work.

2. Pressure test. Every candidate is attacked: prior art, contradictions, failure cases, the contexts where it breaks. If it dies here, it was never ours.

3. Print. A survivor is published to the ledger, dated. Printing is not graduation. It begins the second test.

4. Reality votes. What people actually do with a principle decides whether it stays. No single metric decides, and no internal preference overrules the record.

The standard

Zero survivors in a testing round is a success, not a drought. Publishing admits an idea survived. It does not declare the idea correct. Every verdict, including every kill, stays on the record with its date.
